Shipping/Returns

Shipping

We ship only to physical addresses (no post office boxes), only within the continental United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, nor Hawaii, nor do we ship outside of the continental United States.

After you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for some of the items we sell may be weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Items that are eligible for free shipping will be shipped via the method of Harlow, Inc.'s choice.

Free Gift items may be shipped separately.

Orders of more than 1 item may be shipped from separate warehouses.

Orders placed for expedited shipping (overnight, 2-day or 3-day shipping), and received after 12:00 PM, may be shipped on the next business day, so calculate the time it will take to receive your order, carefully.  Expedited shipping requests that are placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday or, in the case of a Monday holiday, may be shiipped on the following Tuesday.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you return any item(s) because of any other reason(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will either be deducted from your refund or, in the unlikely event that the shipping fee exeeds the value of your refund, it will be charged to your credit card.

Should your return bring the total dollar amount of your order below the free shipping threshold (currently $75.00), and you originally chose the free shipping option, your refund will be the price of the returned product(s), minus the amount of the cost of what would have been the shipping fee, had you chosen the ground shipping option.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  In many cases,however, you may receive a refund more quickly. This four-week time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply logon to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
